COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- The Cobb County Police Department recently completed its transition to a new records management system.

Citizens now have the capability of going online and searching the database known as P2C (Police 2 Citizen), which allows them to search for crime data in unincorporated Cobb County.

The types of crime available to search include burglary, entering auto, theft, trespass/damage, along with data on fraud and robberies.

An additional feature of the system is the user's ability to retrieve his or her own vehicle crash report.

Since P2C is computer based, it makes operations more convenient, efficient and accurate.
