ACWORTH, Ga. -- Authorities say one man was killed and another taken into custody after an argument at an Acworth business on Wednesday.

Cherokee County Sheriff's deputies were called to a building located at 5733 Bells Ferry Road and found a 43-year-old man lying in the parking lot with two gunshot wounds.

Witnesses said that the victim, identified as Doug Eriquezzo, and another man, Alexander Walkine, got into an argument. Walkine, who was standing with a 6-year-old child and 5-month-old baby, got a handgun out of his vehicle and shot Eriquezzo twice, according to police.

Eriquezzo was taken to Kennestone Hospital where he died.
